Client: Alabama-Florida Episcopal District (AME Zion Church)

Construction budget: $1.2 million (in Construction Bidding Phase)

This project is for the redevelopment of the national church’s property in Greenville, Alabama that is currently being used as a satellite campus for Livingston College’s, Hood Theological Seminary. The 20 Acre Site will be developed into a comprehensive educational facility but the initial project is for the renovation of the primary administration building. The firm is responsible for design and construction management.
